Warranty/Guarantee

DRiV warrants qualifying Monroe® products against defects and wear-out when used on private passenger cars and light trucks under normal operating conditions, for as long as such original purchaser owns the vehicle on which they were originally installed.

• Monroe Reflex^® shocks and struts
• Monroe^® Quick-Strut^® assembly
• Monroe^® Gas-Magnum^® shocks
• Monroe^® Magnum^® loaded strut assembly

DRiV's obligation under this warranty is limited to replacement of the worn-out or defective product in accordance with this warranty. Cost of removal and installation are not included, and any incidental and consequential damages are excluded under this warranty, regardless of when the failure occurs. This warranty has no cash value.

This warranty does not apply to purchases made through unauthorized retailers/dealers including unauthorized online sellers. DRiV has no way to confirm the authenticity and quality of products sold through unauthorized resellers and is not obligated to honor warranty claims when purchased from an unauthorized individual, unauthorized retailer/dealer, or unauthorized online retailer.  Purchases made through auction sites, marketplaces, private or third-party sales, or other unauthorized online retailers are not be eligible for warranty. This warranty does not apply to products which have been modified, improperly applied or installed on vehicles used for commercial or racing purposes.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Any implied warranties you may have under state law are limited to the same duration as this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusion may not apply to you.

DRiV will contact warranty-serviced consumers to conduct customer satisfaction surveys relating to product and warranty service. Survey activity will provide valuable feedback and help measure the level of consumer satisfaction in different markets.

Purchase four (4) qualifying products and try them for up to 1,000 miles/1,600km or 90 days. We guarantee you’ll feel the Monroe difference. If, for any reason, the qualifying products* don’t live up to your expectations within the trial period, replace the products and Monroe will refund the cost of the Monroe products and labor* from the initial installation:

• WHEEL ALIGNMENT COST

Ride Control components wear out due to everyday driving and a variety of load and road conditions. Make sure to have your shocks inspected by your licensed service professional.

* Purchase price less any discounts and/or rebates.

Labor costs up to $100 per axle when installed by a licensed service professional. Offer requires purchase combinations of four (4) Monroe® Quick-Strut® assemblies, Monroe® Magnum® loaded strut assemblies, Monroe® Reflex® shocks and/or struts, Gas-Magnum® shocks or Monroe® OESpectrum® shocks and/or struts (Excluding 4XXXX and CXXXX series) installed on the same vehicle. This offer does not include units improperly installed or substituted. Valid only on vehicles used for private, non-commercial use and may be withdrawn at any time.

Wheel alignment costs up to $80 when performed by a licensed service professional, if applicable.
